Olympic Games: Camera Avoidance Tae Kwon Do

Good day, friends! Tis I. Ranger. At the request of my dear sister, Mayzie, I have agreed to be your host for this esteemed event. Mayzie will join us later for the medal presentation.

Let me begin by saying we are honored and proud to sponsor this event. The skill of the participating athletes is a wonder to behold. We salute you all!

And so, without further ado, we present to you — in alphabetical order — the competitors in the Camera Avoidance Tae Kwon Do event!

The first competitor to take the floor is Abby Dabby Doo, demonstrating her patented “Reach for the Sky” move.

Next up is Addy, showing us the ever effective “Hide Behind Your Hat” move. Sister Jazzi is obviously pleased with her performance.

Oh, look! It’s Andy with an nearly perfect “Last Second Walkaway.”

Annie is next with her highly entertaining “Super Model Running from the Pupperazzi” routine.

Not wishing to have her picture taken with the hats, Ayla performs her patented “Talk to the Tocks” routine.

Bella shows the photographer exactly what she thinks of her with the “Try Putting THIS on the Christmas Card” move!

Benny and Lily perform the tricky and altruistic “Throw Yourself in Front of Your Brother to Protect Him from the Flashy Beast” routine.

Brinksey Winksy Puddin and Pie always makes a HUGE impression with his “I Just Ate Garlic So You Better Back Away, Lady” move.

One of our favorite blog followers Buddy gets into the game with a well-known move called simply “The End.”

Our other friend Buddy performs the breath-taking “Swan Dive Into Nearby Flowers” routine.

Buttons is both adorable and athletic as she shows off her “Lunge for the Squeaky Toy Mom Has in Her Hand” move.

Casey demonstrates the ever-popular “There’s Something Way More Interesting Than You Over There” move.

Cecil performs the difficult and popular “Stealth Cat Under Towel” move.

Not to be outdone, Cecil’s sister Chloe ups the ante with “Stealth Cat Under Bathroom Rug.”

What grace! What poise! Cinderella’s “Last Second Lookaway” is pure gold!

Corbin takes this event quite literally with his “Jump on the Camera Lady When You’ve Had Enough” move.

Next, we have Declan with the “Leaping Sideways Out of the Frame” move. Extraordinary difficulty on this one.

The multi-talented Einstein has entered two of his favorite moves. The first is called “Shy But Curious” and the second is “Hide-Under-the-Armpit-and-Show-Them-My-Best-Feature-Only.” Impressive, Einstein. Very impressive!

Finn pulls out the “Wait! What was that? Did you hear something?” maneuver. Good job, Finn!

Garth and Willow’s outstanding synchronization in their “Frustrated Photographer” move always leaves the crowds cheering.

George the Lad’s complicated “I’m Sure You Dropped a Treat Down Here Somewhere Because I Know You Wouldn’t Expect Me to Pose Without a Treat” move is a thing of beauty.

The lovely Ginger is the epitome of simplicity and grace with a move she simply calls, “NO!”

Jazzi performs the “Just Walk Away” move. While it may look easy, getting the timing just right is deceptively difficult.

Lily performs the graceful yet effective “Pillow Dive” technique.

Lorenza’s astonishing “I’m Not Looking at You Move” is muy bueno!

Next, we have the always elegant Madi performing her “Yeesh! You’re Totally Boring Me, Mom” routine.

The “If I Can’t See You, You Can’t Photograph Me” move is expertly performed by Mesa.

Manny Boy’s “Take Shelter in the Darkest Cupboard You Can Find” move is always successfully executed.

Ah, yes. A move that is one of my personal favorites — “No Treat. No Pose.” — is expertly performed by Molly the Wally.

Nola demonstrates the “I’m Too Pretty for This” move that she originated and named.

Nora B. Webster demonstrates a variation of the “Throw Yourself in Front of Your Brother to Protect Him from the Flashy Beast” move, using her floof to shield her brother Jasper. Good show, Nora!

Another dramatic twist on the “Pillow Dive” by the surprisingly graceful Oskar.

Paul takes his signature “Shrubbery Shield” move to a whole new level.

Peaches impressive “Blur Your Face But Not Your Body” performance goes off without a hitch!

Pretty Penny is grace personified with her signature move: “I’m Ready for My Close-up — NOT!”

Unbelievable! Posie Dorg executes a flawless “Leap Out of the Frame” move!

Puddles performs the nearly-impossible-to-pull-off “I’m Trying to Avoid the Camera but There’s No Part of Me That Isn’t Cute” routine.

Look at this, folks! Reuben performs the complicated “Last Second Walkaway-Blur Technique” move to perfection!

Roo’s inventive “She’ll Never Look for Me Here” move is quite the crowd-pleaser.

Rubie demonstrates her famous “Drop Into the Prop” move, which comes in particularly useful during torturous holiday photo shoots.

Would you look at that? Ruby the Airedale Pup has entered with her fabulous “Tunnel and Tail” move. Amazing!

The “Last Second Leapaway” is beautifully executed by Sally Ann.

Always an audience favorite, the “Why Won’t You Leave Me Alone” move is executed brilliantly by Sarge.

Sasha’s “Jump Up and Walk Away at The Last Second” move is awe-inspiring.

The audience gasps with delight as Shasta n Shiloh perform a stunning “Synchronized Look-Away” move.

Jazzi’s cousin Snoopy gives us the feline version of the “Why Won’t You Leave Me Alone” move. More subtle than the canine version but just as effective.

Spooker’s deft “Walk Away with Not Even a Glance Back” move is smooth and effective.

Spunky Doodle performs the sophisticated “Keep Your Head Down and Look at Your Paws” technique. It’s not as easy as it looks, trust me.

Sweepy takes an under-the-radar approach by going incognito with his “Celebrity Dawg” move.

TG makes a statement with his “Can You See Me NOW?” technique.

This event’s only non-mammalian contestant, Turkle’s “Blur Technique” makes a real splash!

Lovely Willow has perfected the “Blur-Lookaway” combo technique. She mentions that it comes in handy when one is ambushed while trying to relax.

Our final contestant, Winesome Winston elicits ooh’s and aah’s from the crowd with his jaw-dropping “Take Cover” technique.

Thank you all for your participation. And now…over to Mayzie!

Whew! How exciting was THAT? Thanks for being the M – C, Brudder Ranger! I’m glad I didn’t do it cuz I cheered so hard that I fainted!

But don’t worry. Mom revived me with cheese.

Okay, now if everyone will please approach the podium to collect your GOLD MEDAL for a job well-done. Most Certainly, you are ALL winners today!
